Scheduling

Further information about “how our scheduling works” below. We ask that you not call or email about schedules if any teams in your age/ gender are still playing in the first 3 scheduled games. We will not be able to determine ranking until then. Once further games are determined, the schedule will go online quickly. Below you will find an example of how our scheduling works and an explanation of games.

Seeding into Championships/ Final Games

Teams are initially put into groups of 4 and will play the first three games in group. Once all teams in the entire age bracket (not group) have completed the initial 3 games, we then determine how they move on into the Championship series. The following Championship series will apply:

Flights of 8 or less teams have one Championship Series consisting of an Overall Championship.

Flights of 16 teams have two Championship Series consisting of Overall & Red. All 1st and 2nd place teams in group flow off to the overall bracket and 3rd and 4th place teams flow to the Red bracket.

Flights of 20 teams have two Championship Series consisting of Overall & Red. All 1st and 2nd place teams in group flow off to the overall bracket and 3rd and 4th place teams flow to the Red bracket. The remaining 4 teams flow to a consolation game, which is their 4th scheduled game.

Flights of 24 teams have 3 Championship series consisting of Overall, Red & White. All 1st place teams flow to the Overall bracket along with the top 2, 2nd place teams (8 teams). The Red bracket will consist of the remaining 2nd place teams and the top 4 3rd place teams (8 teams). And the balance of the teams flow off into the White bracket.

Flights of 28 teams have 3 Championship series consisting of Overall, Red & White. All 1st place teams flow to the Overall bracket along with the top 2, 2nd place teams (8 teams). The Red bracket will consist of the remaining 2nd place teams and the top 4 3rd place teams (8 teams). And the balance of the teams flow off into the White bracket. The remaining 4 teams play a consolation game which is their 4th scheduled game.

Flights of 32 teams have 4 Championship series consisting of Overall, Red, White & Blue. All 1st place teams in group flow to the Overall bracket, 2nd place teams flow to the Red bracket, 3rd place teams flow to the White bracket, and 4th place teams flow to the Blue bracket

Trophies & Awards

Are given to every team in the finals, no matter which series (Overall, Red, White & Blue) they are playing in. All teams in finals are to report to the main tent for trophies etc after the final games on Monday.
